If you receive your merchandise and aren't satisfied or simply wish to return the purchase, simply contact us at thatsmyroom@triad.rr.com within 30 days of the receipt of the merchandise and we will provide you with shipping information to return the purchase. Return postage will be at your expense. Refund of the cost of the merchandise will be refunded upon receipt of the merchandise at That’s My Room. The refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
Special Note: All returns must be received in “as new” condition. The shipping cost will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error or defective merchandise. Use care when preparing the return package, as it must be received by us in 'as new' condition.
